Scott Emerson

Born, raised, and educated in Arkansas, Scott Emerson has been committed to representing Arkansans who need legal assistance for over 25 years in a variety of areas of law.  Mr. Emerson's practice focuses on family law cases involving divorce and child custody, personal injury, business litigation, corporate transactions, and criminal defense matters.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Emerson is committed to staying involved with the local community.  He enjoys spending time with his daughters.
